Awarding of Prizes - Power of Soil Competition

On April 30, in the conference hall of the provincial parliament in St. Poelten the awarding of prizes of the competition "Power of Soil" took place. In addition to the awarding of prizes, a creative framework program took place (music, painting with the Colours of the Earth, tag tool ...).

What do you think how strong our soil really is?

Think about it yourself, how strong our soil really is, and how important the health of soil is for all of us.

The Department of Rural Development (LF6), which is responsible for the campaign "Our soil - upon which we stand" has launched the "Power of Soil" competition in cooperation with the Provincial Forum and the Lower Austrian educational board. Thereby, awareness of the strength and importance of healthy soil shall be improved.

A special jury will assess the pieces of art submitted and award the best ones.

The winners of each respective category of submission will be invited to take curtain call within the framework of the final event.
