Opening of 1st Soil Colour Exposition of 2012 Cross-Border Competition of “Painting with the Colours of the Earth“

On September 25, 2012 the Provincial Vocational School of Lilienfeld invited for the „bread and colour" event. Within the framework of the European Cooperation Day, the 1st soil colour exposition of pieces of art created in the cross-border competition of "Painting with the colours of the Earth" was opened.
The large number of honorary guests present were guided through this exposition by soil colour artist Prof. Irena Racek. Pieces of art from Hungary, Slovakia and Lower Austria are shown in this exposition. The soil colour painting, which was created in the Provincial Vocational School of Lilienfeld, is also part of this exposition and was proudly presented by the young artists.

Presentation of Painting with the Colours of the Earth
After viewing the soil colour exposition, the bread baking oven assembled by the male and female pupils was blessed by Diocesan Bishop DDr. Klaus Kueng. Subsequently, the freshly baked bread was tasted.
This soil colour exposition in the Lilienfeld Provincial Vocational School (Berghofstrasse 14, 3180 Lilienfeld) can be viewed from September 25 to October 8, 2012.
